Fulfillment & Packaging Disclosure



We use multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As a result, items may arrive in packaging from third-party carriers or fulfillment providers (including Amazon, suppliers, or logistics partners).


Packaging does not affect the authenticity, quality, or ownership of the product.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that packaging may vary.





Shipping Processing Times



Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.





Shipping Times



Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to:


  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • High order volume
  • Holidays






Tracking Information



Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.





Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed to the carrier.

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier directly.


Shipping insurance is recommended when available.





Incorrect Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.





No Refunds for Packaging Complaints



We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:


  • Packaging appearance
  • Third-party branded boxes or labels
  • Perceived “drop shipping” packaging
  • Expectations about branded boxes or inserts



Product condition and authenticity are what matter—not the box it arrives in.





International Orders



International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
