All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our online store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed, except where required by law.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product details, sizing, and shipping information.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update your order, contact us immediately after purchase, and we will attempt to assist if the order has not yet been fulfilled (no guarantee).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when available.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing checkout, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and permanent banning from future purchases.
