“BLACKOUT F-350” SWEEPSTAKES

The “Blackout F-350” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR:

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Official Lifted Trucks (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).

The Sponsor, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Begins May 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. CST
Ends July 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST

The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a purchase through:

Receive 1 entry per $1 spent
Based on pre-tax subtotal (excluding shipping/discounts)
Sponsor may offer bonus entry multipliers (2x–100x)

2. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Purchasing items with intent to return after obtaining entries will result in:

Disqualification
Permanent ban from future sweepstakes

ENTRY CONDITIONS:

Entries must be complete and valid
No automated or bot entries
Sponsor is not responsible for lost/delayed entries
All entries become property of Sponsor

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes
Disqualify any tampering or abuse

DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) winner selected at random
Drawing date: On or about July 5, 2026
Winner notified via phone/email/mail

Odds depend on total entries received.

GRAND PRIZE:

One (1) Winner will receive:

2013 Ford F-350 — “Blackout F-350”

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $20,000 USD
$2,500 cash

$10,000 Cash Option

(Will not take ownership of 2013 F-350)

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Vehicle awarded AS-IS
No warranties (express or implied)
Winner responsible for:
Taxes
Title & registration
Insurance
Travel/transport
Valid driver’s license required
Title must be transferred within 10 days

TAXES:

Winner receives IRS 1099 form
Prize value is taxable income
Winner responsible for all federal/state taxes

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

Winner must:

Sign affidavit of eligibility
Complete W9 form if required

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

Winner grants Sponsor the right to use:

Image
Likeness

For advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Entrants release Sponsor from:

Technical errors
Entry issues
Any damages related to participation or prize use

DISPUTES:

Governed by laws of the State of Oklahoma
No class actions permitted
Damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

MISCELLANEOUS:

These Official Rules constitute the full agreement and supersede all prior communications.
