“THE LANDLORD F-250” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The “The Landlord F-250” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Official Lifted Trucks (“Sponsor”).

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrants”).

Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, representatives, and agents, and members of the immediate families or households of each, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins July 7, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry.

1. ONLINE PURCHASE ENTRY

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may make an eligible merchandise purchase through the Official Lifted Trucks website.

Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each one dollar ($1.00) of eligible merchandise purchased, based on the pre-tax merchandise subtotal after discounts and excluding shipping charges.

Fractional dollar amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar when calculating entries.

Sponsor may offer limited-time promotional entry multipliers or bonus entry periods during the Sweepstakes Period. The applicable multiplier, promotional period, and other promotional terms will be disclosed by Sponsor at the time of the promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible Entrant must handwrite the following information on a card or sheet of paper:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Complete residential mailing address
• Telephone number
• Valid email address
• The phrase: “I would like to enter The Landlord F-250 Sweepstakes.”

The completed entry request must be mailed in a properly addressed, postage-paid envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry request will receive one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries.

Limit one (1) free mail-in entry request per person per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each mail-in request must be handwritten by the Entrant and mailed separately. Each outer envelope may contain only one entry request.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, computer-generated, or bulk-submitted entry requests are prohibited.

Mail-in entry requests must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026 and received by Sponsor no later than September 7, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entries must be complete, accurate, and obtained in accordance with these Official Rules.

Automated, robotic, scripted, fraudulent, or bot-generated entries are prohibited.

Entrants may not use false identities, fictitious names, multiple identities, or other methods intended to circumvent these Official Rules.

All eligible entries received and accepted in accordance with these Official Rules will be included in the random drawing.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

FRAUD, RETURNS, CHARGEBACKS, AND ENTRY ABUSE

Fraudulent activity, attempted manipulation, or abuse of the Sweepstakes is strictly prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate any Entrant, entry, or transaction that Sponsor reasonably believes involves fraud, payment fraud, unauthorized payment methods, false identities, automated entries, chargeback abuse, return abuse, or any attempt to improperly manipulate the Sweepstakes.

If an eligible purchase is canceled, refunded, returned, reversed, or charged back before the Winner is selected, entries associated with the affected transaction may be canceled or adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.

Purchasing merchandise with the intent to obtain promotional entries and subsequently returning, reversing, or charging back the transaction may result in disqualification and exclusion from future Sponsor promotions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, governmental action, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select a Winner from eligible entries received before the event requiring termination, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the Sweepstakes, abuses any promotional offer, or violates these Official Rules.

RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will occur on or about September 8, 2026, after the deadline for receipt and processing of eligible mail-in entries.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential Winner may be contacted by telephone, email, and/or mail using the contact information associated with the selected entry.

The potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being declared the official Winner.

If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected by random drawing.

GRAND PRIZE

One (1) verified Winner will receive the Winner’s choice of one of the following Grand Prize options:

OPTION ONE — 2018 FORD F-250

One (1) 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $45,000 USD.

The vehicle awarded is the specific vehicle depicted and promoted by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes.

OR

OPTION TWO — ONE YEAR OF RENT

Twelve (12) monthly payments of $1,600 USD, for a total prize value of $19,200 USD.

The rent prize amount is a fixed promotional prize value established by Sponsor and is not based upon or adjusted according to the Winner’s actual rent, mortgage payment, housing expenses, geographic location, or local rental market.

The Winner may elect to receive the rent prize as either twelve (12) monthly installments of $1,600 USD each or one (1) lump-sum payment of $19,200 USD.

The Winner is solely responsible for the use of the funds and any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

The Winner may select only one (1) Grand Prize option.

No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Grand Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise required by law.

VEHICLE PRIZE CONDITIONS

The vehicle is awarded AS-IS, WHERE-IS, without warranties, express or implied, except for warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.

The Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all title, registration, licensing, insurance, travel, transportation, delivery, and other expenses not expressly stated as included in the Grand Prize.

The Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfy all legal requirements necessary to take possession and ownership of the vehicle.

The Winner must complete the vehicle title transfer within ten (10) days after completing Winner verification unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sponsor.

TAXES

The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and receipt of the Grand Prize.

The Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor for tax reporting purposes.

Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting documentation as required by law.

WINNER VERIFICATION

The potential Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

Failure to timely complete or return required documentation, failure to verify eligibility, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Winner.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the Winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website interruptions, network failures, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, lost communications, human error, or other errors or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and not through any form of class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Official Rules constitute the complete terms governing the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior communications relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
